Tae Kwondo is a fabulous way to work out and keep fit, as well as learning the defensive side of the sport.
The sport is very disciplined and needs firm commitment to develop skills and fitness.
Jenny's students have gained numerous benefits through following this martial art, in particular they have improved their energy and fitness levels consistently whilst getting enjoyment out of training every week.
Some have competed in tournaments and won trophies: great for confidence and self esteem.
