The Vivian Hall is managed by a committee of trustees and elected persons nominated from the groups that use the Hall as well as by the local community. Over the years the committee size has reduced and inevitably its members have aged.

The committee has recently lost a further member due to her passing, which makes it even more important that new members come forward.

To secure the future for the Hall the committee needs an injection of people who have an interest in the local community and can bring added vitality and ideas. Since the refurbishment there is a 'new' Hall to market and add benefit to the Blackpill area.
